摘要：天然石英砂压裂支撑剂具有成本低、来源广的优点,但具有短期导流能力低的缺点.有机聚合物包覆在天然石英砂压裂支撑剂表面,是提高短期导流能力的重要方法.以酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、呋喃树脂、聚氨酯为包覆剂,研究了聚合物种类对石英砂支撑剂短期导流能力的影响.结果表明:当采用同种有机聚合物时,其用量为6％时,提高闭合压力,短期导流能力持续降低;当闭合压力相同时(压力范围10～60MPa),环氧树脂所得覆膜砂短期导流能力最高(56.13～7.05μm2·cm),呋喃树脂所得覆膜砂短期导流能力最低(38.13～2.66μm2·cm),酚醛树脂和聚氨酯所得覆膜砂短期导流能力居中,分别为51.02～5.96μm2·cm和45.56～4.13μm2·cm.该研究可为制备高短期导流能力的覆膜砂提供一定的思路.
Abstract：Thenaturalquartzsandfracturingproppantshavetheadvantagesoflowcostandwidesource,buttheyhavethedisadvantageoflowshort-termconductivity.Thefilmcoatingmethodisanimportantwaytoimprovetheshort-termconductivitybycoatingaorganicpolymeronthesurfaceofthenaturalquartzsandfracturingproppantstopreparethefilmsands.Fourkindsofthefilmsandswerepreparedbyusingthephenolicresin,epoxyresin,furanresinandpolyurethaneascoatingagentsrespectively.Theeffectsofthedifferenttypesoforganicpolymersontheshort-termconductivityofthenaturalquartzsandproppantswerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatwhenthesameorganicpolymerwasused,theclosurepressureincreasedandtheshort-termconductivitycontinuedtodecreasewhenthedosagewas6％.Theshort-termconductivityofthefilmsandsobtainedbytheepoxyresinwasthehighest(56.13～7.05μm2·cm),andthatofthefilmsandsobtainedbythefuranresinwasthelowest(38.13～2.66μm2·cm).Whentheclosingpressurewasthesame(10～60MPa),thefilmsandsobtainedbythephenolicresinandthepolyurethanehadthemediumshort-termconductivity,theywere51.02～5.96μm2·cmand45.56～4.13μm2·cm,respectively.Thisstudycanprovidesomeideasforpreparingthefilmsandswithhighshort-termconductivity.
