摘要：珍珠镍电镀工艺因其柔和、高雅、防炫目等优点,越来越多地被应用于装饰性电镀产品中.镀层砂感与色泽的控制是珍珠镍电镀工艺的难点.针对聚(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)(ABS)塑胶电镀珍珠镍工艺,通过对其工艺流程、溶液组成成份、原理及作用的阐述,详细分析了各参数对珍珠镍镀层砂感及色泽的影响,并介绍了相应的控制方法.结果表明:严格把控这些影响因素,可有效提高镀层砂感及色泽的稳定性,降低生产成本,提高电镀合格率.
Abstract：Thepearlnickelelectroplatingprocesshasbeenusedmoreandmoreindecorativeelectro-platingproductsbecauseofitssoft,elegantandanti-dazzlingadvantages.Itisdifficulttocontrolthesandsenseandcoloroftheplating.Theprocess,composition,principleandfunctionofpoly(acryloni-trile-butadiene-styrene)(ABS)plasticelectroplatingpearl-nickelweredescribed.Theinfluenceofpa-rametersonthesandsenseandcolorofthepearl-nickelcoatingwasanalyzedindetail,andthecorre-spondingcontrolmethodswereintroduced.Theresultsshowthatstrictcontroloftheseinfluencingfac-torscaneffectivelyimprovethesandsenseandcolorstabilityofthecoating,reducetheproductioncost,andimprovethequalifiedrateofelectroplating.
