Abstract：Thispaperdeeplydiscussesthechallengesfacedbyintelligentvoicenewsinspeechrecognition,semanticunderstandingandspeechsynthesis,andputsforwardpracticalsolutions.Fortheproblemofinconsistentaccuracyofspeechrecognition,itissuggestedtointroduceapre-traininglanguagemodeltoimprovetheoverallperformance.Aimingattheproblemoflimitedsemanticunderstandingability,thedevelopmentofmultimodalunderstandingtechnologyisemphasized,anddifferentsensoryinputsareintegratedtoproviderichercontextualinformation.Aimingattheproblemofspeechsynthesisquality,thispaperputsforwardthestrategyoftrainingpersonalizedspeechandapplyinggenerationtocounterthenetwork.Throughtheseinnovativemethods,intelligentvoicenewsapplicationsareexpectedtoachieveahigherlevelofvoiceinteractionandinformationtransmission.
