摘要：通过对135名眼视光技术专业新生的职业前景认知问卷调查,发现大多数新生选择该专业是基于对未来职业的期望,但对该专业的就业前景了解有限,期望薪资与现实情况有较大的差异.新生普遍认为眼视光技术相关职业的主要优势是有稳定的就业机会,但也意识到存在职业挑战.调查结果表明,职业认知能力对其职业规划和未来发展至关重要,建议高校加强职业指导,帮助学生建立更现实的职业期望,同时应提供更多的实习机会,帮助学生做好未来职业生涯的准备.
Abstract：Throughaquestionnairesurveyoncareeroutlookawarenesstargeting135newstudentsmajoringinoptometrytechnology,itwasfoundthatmostfreshmenchoosethismajormostlybasedontheexpectationsofengaginginrelatedcareersinthefuture,buttheirunderstandingoftheemploymentprospectsforthismajorwaslimited,andtheexpectedsalarywasquitedifferentfromtheactualsituation.Studentsgenerallyperceivedthemainadvantageofcareersrelatedtooptometrytechnologytobestableemploymentopportunities,buttheyalsorecognizedthechallengesofpursuing.Thesurveyfoundthatstudents'careerawarenesswascrucialfortheircareerplanningandfuturedevelopment.Basedonthesefindings,itwassuggestedthatcollegesanduniversitiesshouldstrengthencareerguidancetohelpstudentsestablishmorerealisticcareerexpectations,andatthesametimeprovidemoreinternshipopportunitiestohelpstudentspreparefortheirfuturecareers.
