中职软件服务外包人才培养分析

文档摘要：近年来，我国软件服务外包行业高速发展，但人才短缺、人才结构不合理等特点已经成为其发展的瓶颈。如何建立与市场需求相适应的人才培养体系，是当前必须解决的首要问题。本文分析了中职学校培养软件服务外包基础性操作人才的可行性；探索了此类人才的培养模式；并详细分析了“定单式”培养模式的具体实施方案。

Abstract：Inrecentyears,China'ssoftwareoutsourcingindustrypossessedarapiddevelopment,butshortageinthecharacteristicsoftalent,unreasonablestructureoftalentshasbecomethebottleneckofitsdevelopment.Howtosetupandadaptthemarketdemandfortalentcultivationsystem,whichistheprimaryproblemmustbesolved.Thispaperana-lyzedthefeasibilityofcultivatingbasicoperationsoftwareserviceoutsourcingtalentsinsecondaryvocationalschools;Thetalentcultivationmodehasbeenexplored,andanalyzedtheconcreteimplementationplanofthe"order-form"culti-vationmodelindetail.
