水利科研办公系统建设之探索

文档摘要：通用办公系统建设已经非常完备，通用功能非常强大，在各个行业的应用中也取得了不俗的业绩，但这些系统专业性不突出，应用到行业中需要针对性的进行二次开发，否则无法得到很好的应用。随着黄委“数字黄河”工程建设的开展以及计算机广域网络的扩大、开发技术运行方式的变化和用户的迅速增长，办公系统的应用需求不断扩大，需要将更多的水利业务系统资源进行集成。“数字黄河”工程规划完成后，我们根据规划首先选择办公系统与水利业务系统结合为突破口，以办公综合信息支持为目标。将办公应用系统进行规范、完善。最终建成办公信息综合平台，在平台的基础上实现现有办公系统与水利业务应用系统的集成。本文通过对黄河水利科学研究院的办公自动化集成系统的案例分析，为大家提供有益的经验，为黄委会“数字黄河”工程建设贡献一份力量。

Abstract：Theconstructionofgeneralofficesystemisverycomplete,generalfunctionisverypowerful,intheapplicationofvariousindustriesalsoachievedgoodresults,butthesesystemsarenotprominent,theprofessionalapplicationintheindustryneedtobetargetedforsecondarydevelopment,otherwiseyouwon'tgetverygoodapplication.YRCCasthede-velopmentof"DigitalYellowRiver"projectconstructionandcomputerwide-areanetworkexpansion,developmenttech-nologyoftherapidgrowthofthechangeofoperationmodeandtheusers,expandingtheapplicationrequirementsofofficesystem,needstobemorewaterconservancybusinesssystemresourceintegration.Afterthecompletionofthe"DigitalYellowRiver"project,wefirstselectedaccordingtotheplanningofficesystemcombinedwithwaterconservancybusinesssystemasthebreakthroughpoint,aimingatofficeintegratedinformationsupport.Itwillmakeaspecification,perfectof-ficeapplicationsystem.Finally,builtuptheofficeinformationintegratedplatform,onthebasisoftheplatformrealizestheexistingofficesystemandwaterconservancybusinessapplicationsystemintegration.ThisarticlethroughanalysestotheYellowRiverwaterconservancyscientificresearchinstituteofofficeautomationintegratedsystemcase,andprovidessomeusefulexperienceforeveryone,andforYRCCtocontributetheconstructionofDigitalYellowRiver"project.
