裂解耦合新工艺构建炼化企业转型升级新途径

文档摘要：随着全球能源市场的不断变化,炼化一体化已成为炼油行业转型升级的发展方向.通过分析某炼厂原油性质及炼油加工流程中化工原料的性质,结合技术评价和经济评估,剖析现有炼化一体化发展方向,有针对性地提出了重油催化裂化+轻烃裂解的裂解耦合新工艺转型升级路径.该路径能够提高乙烯产能,降低炼油成本,同时满足市场需求,具有较高的经济价值和市场竞争力.

Abstract：Withthecontinuouschangesintheglobalenergymarket,refining-petrochemicalintegrationhasbecomeadevelopmentdirectionforthetransitionandupgradingoftherefiningindustry.Byanalyzingthepropertiesofcrudeoilandthechemicalrawmaterialsthatcanbeprovidedbytherefiningprocessinacertainrefinery,combinedwithtechnicalandeconomicevaluations,thispaperdeeplyanalysesthecurrentdevelopmentdirectionofrefining-petrochemicalintegrationandputforwardanewpathforthetransitionandupgradingofheavyoilcatalyticcrackingandlighthydrocarboncracking.Thispathcanincreaseethyleneproductioncapacity,reducerefiningcosts,andmeetmarketdemand,withhigheconomicvalueandmarketcompetitiveness.
