文档摘要：为了充分准确地评估纺织行业的电压暂降水平,提出一种考虑区间型指标的综合评估方法.首先,根据各监测数据构建对应的多指标集合;其次,采用层次分析法与改进区间指标相关性赋权法(CRITIC)确定各指标的权重,再根据博弈论思想获取综合权重;接着,定义区间数差值关系,采用非整次秩和比法对各监测点电压暂降水平进行评估并分级;最后,采用8个纺织行业的监测数据进行实例分析,结果表明本文所提方法能够充分合理地评估监测点的电压暂降水平.
Abstract：Forfullyandaccuratelyevaluatingthevoltagesaglevelinthetextileindustry,acomprehensiveevaluationmethodconsideringinterval-typeindicesisproposed.Firstly,amulti-indexsetisconstructedbasedonthemonitoringdata.Secondly,theweightofeachindexisdeterminedbyusinganalytichierarchyprocessandimprovedintervalcriteriaimportancethoughintercrieriacorrelation(CRITIC)method,andthenthecomprehensiveweightisobtainedbasedongametheory.Next,bydefiningtheintervalnumberdifferencerelation,thenon-integerorderrank-sumratiomethodisusedtoevaluateandgradethevoltagesaglevelateachmonitoringpoint.Finally,eightsetsofmonitoringdatafromthetextileindustryareusedforcaseanalysis,andtheresultsshowthattheproposedmethodcanevaluatethevoltagesaglevelofeachmonitoringpointreasonably.
