地方经济增长压力对企业数字化转型的影响研究

文档摘要：政府部门在企业转型过程中扮演着重要角色,地方政府为实现既定经济增长目标而将增长压力传导至辖区企业,进而会对企业数字化转型产生影响.基于我国2007—2019年A股上市企业数字化转型与历年政府工作报告数据,探讨地方经济增长目标压力对企业数字化转型的影响.结果显示:地方经济增长压力过高会抑制辖区内企业数字化转型活动,且负面效应在不同的地区经济禀赋、行业属性和企业属性之间存在差异.机制分析表明:经济增长目标压力通过减少政府对企业科技投入的直接资源补充、加剧企业融资约束以及影响辖区内数字发展环境等路径对企业数字化转型产生影响.研究结论不仅为探讨宏观经济增长与微观企业高质量发展提供了新思路、新视角,也为数字经济时代背景下的经济增长目标管理体制优化、政府行为管理与企业数字化转型升级改造提供了政策建议和启示.

Abstract：Governmentdepartmentsplayanimportantroleintheprocessofenterprisedigitaltransformation,andlocalgovernmentstransferthepressureofeconomicgrowthgoalstolocalenterprises,whichinturnaffectsthedigitaltransformationofenterprises.BasedonthedataofdigitaltransformationfromA-sharelistedcompaniesandannualgovernmentworkreportsfrom2007to2019inChina,thisstudyexplorestheimpactoflocaleconomicgrowthgoalpressureondigitaltransformationofenterprises.Theresultsshowthatexcessivepressureoflocaleconomicgrowthinhibitsdigitaltransformationactivitiesofenterprisesinthejurisdiction,andthenegativeeffectsvaryamongeconomicendowments,industryattributes,andenterpriseattributesindifferentregions.Themechanismanalysisshowsthatthepressureofeconomicgrowthaffectsthedigitaltransformationofenterprisesthroughreducingdirectresourcesupplementationfromthegovernmenttoenterprisetechnologyinvestment,exacerbatingenterprisefinancingconstraints,andinfluencingthedigitaldevelopmentenvironmentwithinthejurisdiction.Theresearchconclusionsnotonlyprovidenewideasandperspectivesforexploringmacroeconomicgrowthandmicro-enterprisehigh-qualitydevelopmentbutalsoprovidepolicysuggestionsandinsightsforoptimizingthemanagementsystemofeconomicgrowthgoalsinthecontextofthedigitaleconomyera,enhancinggovernmentbehaviormanagementandupgradingofenterprisedigitaltransformation.
