文档摘要：针对某型高强化指标船用柴油机止推轴承在试验过程中出现的异常磨损问题,采用三维弹性流体动力学仿真分析方法,比较不同轴向力、油槽、油孔结构对止推轴承承载能力及润滑特性的影响规律并进行试验验证.试验结果表明:当止推轴承承受的轴向力增加时,峰值总压及平均热载最大值无明显变化,但区域有所扩展;采用更利于止推工作面滑油流通的油槽、油孔结构对止推轴承的润滑特性有较大改善,可显著提高其承载能力.
Abstract：Inresponsetotheabnormalwearproblemofacertaintypeofhighly-strengthenedmarinedieselenginethrustbearingduringexperiment,athree-dimensionalelasticfluiddynamicssimulationanalysismethodwasadoptedtocomparetheinfluenceofdifferentaxialforces,oilgrooves,andoilholestructuresontheload-carringcapacityandlubricationcharacteristicsofthethrustbearingandexperimentalverificationwasconducted.Theexperimentalresultsshowthat:Astheaxialforcebornebythethrustbearingincreases,thereisnosignificantchangeinthepeaktotalpressureandthemaximumaveragethermalload,buttheregionexpands;Theuseofoilgroovesandoilholestructuresthataremoreconducivetotheflowoflubricatingoilontheworkingsurfaceofthrustplatescangreatlyimprovethelubricationcharacteristicsofthrustbearingsandsignificantlyenhancetheirload-carringcapacity.
