文档摘要:隧道衬砌结构在服役期内多为含裂缝工作,并且在侵蚀环境长期作用下,隧道支护结构和围岩性能指标将发生劣化,将直接导致衬砌结构服役期内的可靠性降低.为研究劣化效应影响下含裂缝衬砌的服役性能,建立考虑围岩及衬砌劣化效应的时效可靠性分析模型.通过分析衬砌混凝土强度、弹性模量和围岩弹性模量的经时劣化规律,确定影响结构性能劣化参数的统计特征,建立基于线弹性断裂力学的裂缝尖端应力强度因子时变模型和衬砌时变可靠性分析框架.以某山岭病害铁路隧道为例,利用随机有限元法获取不同裂缝深度、裂缝位置情况下应力强度因子典型服役时间点的统计特征,采用蒙特卡洛法计算开裂衬砌典型服役时间点的可靠度指标.结合2个工程失效案例验证模型的有效性.研究结果表明:劣化效应对含裂缝衬砌服役性能影响显著,衬砌可靠度指标随服役时间增加而降低,在评价分析既有隧道服役性能时,需要考虑长期劣化效应的影响;裂缝应力强度因子与裂缝开裂深度成正相关,开裂深度越大,结构可靠度指标越低;不同位置裂缝因受力不同强度因子存在较大差异,拱肩处结构可靠性能衰减同拱顶处相似.边墙处由于受力较小,服役期内可靠度指标满足要求.模型可以较为准确地模拟和预测隧道开裂失效的情况,研究结果为准确评估开裂衬砌的服役性能提供了依据,为运营期隧道维修养护提供了参考.
Abstract:Tunnelliningstructuresaremostlycrack-containinginservice,andunderthelong-termactionoftheerosionenvironment,thetunnelsupportstructureandtheperformanceindexofthesurroundingrockdeteriorate,whichdirectlyleadstothereductionofthereliabilityoftheliningstructureduringtheserviceperiod.Tostudytheserviceperformanceofcrack-containingliningundertheinfluenceofthedeteriorationeffect,atime-dependentreliabilityanalysismodelconsideringthedeteriorationeffectofsurroundingrockandliningwasestablished.Byanalyzingthetime-varyingdeteriorationpatternsofliningconcretestrength,modulusofelasticity,andmodulusofelasticityofsurroundingrock,thestatisticalcharacteristicsofthedeteriorationparametersaffectingthestructuralperformanceweredetermined.Atime-varyingmodelofthestressintensityfactoratthetipofthecracksbasedonthelinearelasticfracturemechanicsandatime-varyingreliabilityanalysisframeworkfortheliningwasestablished.Bytakingamountainousrailroadtunnelasanexample,thestatisticalcharacteristicsoftypicalservicetimepointsofstressintensityfactorunderdifferentcrackdepthsandcracklocationswereanalyzedbyusingthestochasticfiniteelementmethod,andthereliabilityindicesoftypicalservicetimepointsofcrackedliningwerecalculatedbyusingtheMonteCarlomethod.Thevalidityofthemodelinthispaperwasverifiedbyintegratingtwoengineeringfailurecases.Theresultsshowthatthedeteriorationeffecthasasignificantimpactontheserviceperformanceofcrackedlining,andtheliningreliabilityindexdecreaseswiththeincreaseinservicetime,Theinfluenceofthelong-termdeteriorationeffectneedstobetakenintoaccountwhenevaluatingandanalyzingtheserviceperformanceofexistingtunnels.Thestressintensityfactorofthecrackispositivelycorrelatedtothecrackingdepth,i.e.,thegreaterthedepthofcracking,thelowerthereliabilityindexofthestructureis.Theintensityfactorofcracksindifferentlocationsduetothedifferentstresseshasalargedifference,andthestructuralreliabilityindexatthearchshoulderislowerthanthatattheshoulderofacrack.Differentcracksatdifferentlocationshavelargedifferencesinstrengthfactorduetodifferentstresses,andthestructuralreliabilityatthearchshoulderissimilartothatatthetopofthearch.Atthesidewalls,thereliabilityindicesmeettherequirementsduringtheserviceperiodduetothelowerstresses.Theproposedmodelcansimulateandpredicttunnelcrackingfailureaccurately.Theresultsofthestudyprovideabasisforaccuratelyassessingtheserviceperformanceofthecrackedliningandareferenceforthemaintenanceofthetunnelduringtheoperationperiod.
