摘要:本标准规定了当器件经受环境试验（基本试验）时测量它衰减变化和回波损耗变化的程序。因为通常这类试验在某些时间周期内对一组器件进行试验，所以就将这种测量程序和相关的设备设计为在同一程序中对许多器件进行监测并采用自动数据采集装置。而且，由于器件衰减变化和回波损耗变化可能很小，而系统中这些器件的性能又很重要，因此强调本测量程序应始终保持测量的高稳定性。
