Agriculturaltractorsareoftensubjectedtovarietyoffunctionsonfarmlikecultivationoffieldwithdifferentimplementsrangingfromlighttoheavyimplements.Theseimplementsareusuallycoupledtothethreepointlinkagesontractorstructurewhichallowstheimplementtoberaisedandloweredwithrespecttothetractorthroughhydraulicactuators.Intypicalfarmoperations,tractorsareof-tendrivenwithheavyimplementsattachedtothethreepointlinkagesinliftedconditions,wheretractoristravellingathigherspeedtocommutefromfieldtofield.Duringtransportationmodeathighspeedand/oracrossuneventerrainthetractoris,weightoftheimple-mentproducesconsiderablepitchingvibrations,whichleadtodifficultyincontrollingthetractor.Thesepitchingvibrationsreducesthefrontaxleloadandtheroadcontactofthefrontwheels,whichtherebylostfromtimetotimebasedonvehiclespeed,weightofanimple-mentandoperatingterrainprofile.Thistractorbouncingphenomenonpreventstheeffectivesteeringofthevehicleduringsuchtractorap-plicationsandthuscreatingahazardoussituationtodriver.Thisresearchworkdepictsdevelopmentofelectronicactivevehiclestabilitycontrolsystemdesignandcalibrationforagriculturaltractorwithhingedimplement.Thisresearchworkalsoprovidesabetterstabilitycontrolofthevehiclewithhingedimplementkeptatlif-tedconditionwhichisbeingtransportedirrespectiveofchangeinweightofanimplement,drivingspeed,implementliftheightetc.Adaptivecontrolsystemisdevelopedforliftingandloweringanimplementtoattenuatethevibrationcausedbytheimplementover-hang.Thissystemprovidesarelativemotionbetweenimplementandthetractortoreducethepitchingmovementoftheagriculturaltractorduringtransportationcondition.Useofminimalsensorforsystemcontrolandcalibrationdeliverscosteffectsolutions.
