Inordertoenhancethefaultdiagnosisandfaulttolerantabilityofhybridpowersystem,improvereliabilityandstabili-tyforpowersystem,afaultdiagnosissimulationplatformofthreepowertrainsystems(includingautomaticmechanicaltransmission,drivemotorandbattery)forhybridelectricvehicleisconstructed.Firstly,accordingtotheanalyticalredundancy,faulttreeanalysis(FTA),andmultisensordatafusiontheory,afaultdiagnosismodelofthreepowertrainsystemisestablishedbyusingMATLAB/STATEFLOW.Secondly,vehiclerunningdataiscollectedbymeansofahybridvehicleremotemonitoringanddataacquisitionsys-tem.Then,thesedatawillbesenttofaultdiagnosismodelasinputparameterstojudgewhethereachcomponentisinfault.Throughtheshiftingmechanismandgearpositionsensorfaultanalysis,theexperimentalresultsshowtheaccuracyofthefaultdiagnosis.Theselayafoundationforthefaultdetectionandfault-tolerantoperationstrategydevelopmentofthehybridelectricvehiclepowersystem.
